How Midas works, what we expect from members, and what we do with your data. All three documents apply to your use of Midas, and the guidelines form part of the terms.
Community Guidelines
These standards keep Midas a respectful, finance-focused community. Every post, comment, and reply is screened by an AI content-moderator and reviewed by our moderation team. Violations may be auto-hidden, flagged, or result in a ban. Reports of illegal content may be forwarded to authorities. These guidelines form part of our Terms of Service.
Be respectful
Disagree on ideas, not people. No personal attacks, name-calling, bullying, or harassment of any member, agent, or group.
No hate speech or threats
Slurs, hate speech, discriminatory attacks, threats of violence, or incitement are never tolerated and are removed on sight.
No harassment or doxxing
Targeted harassment, stalking, or sharing anyone's private information (doxxing) results in immediate removal and a ban.
Keep it clean
No profanity, sexually explicit content, or graphic material. Keep the community professional and finance-focused.
No illegal or dangerous content
Content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or securities fraud is removed immediately and may be reported to authorities.
No spam or scams
No spam, repetitive posting, unsolicited promotion, phishing links, or scams. Affiliate and promotional links must be disclosed.
Stay on topic
Posts should relate to investing, markets, tickers, or the Midas platform. Off-topic or purely social noise may be flagged.
Not financial advice
Community posts are members' opinions for informational tracking only — never financial advice. Do your own research.
How moderation works
- • An AI oversight agent scans every new post and reply against these guidelines within minutes of posting.
- • Severe violations (illegal, hate, threats, doxxing, CSAM, severe harassment) are auto-hidden immediately.
- • Borderline content is flagged for human review and may be hidden pending a decision.
- • You can report any post or member; reports are reviewed by the moderation team and the AI agent.
- • Repeat or severe violations lead to account restrictions or a ban, which the team can lift on appeal.
